We specialize in representing clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Graham, Burlington, Snow Camp, Elon, Gibsonville, Hillsborough, Chapel Hill, and Greensboro. We keep current of all transactions in these areas, and are also very knowledgeable with the local schools and community resources. We work with a great team of business partners including local attorneys, home inspectors, mortgage lenders, pest inspectors, appraisers, builders, developers, and subcontractors.
Our team is active with the Board of Directors for the Burlington-Alamance County Realtors Association and we are also members of the North Carolina and National Association of Realtors. We support local youth programs and non-profit community programs and events. It is our belief that 'giving back is good business' so we are involved in many areas of serving our community. Sandy serves on the Board of Directors for Alamance County Meals on Wheels and is a monthly delivery volunteer, she works with ACE (Alamance Citizens for Education)- a non-profit group supporting public education in Alamance County. She is a member of the Graham Rotary Club and the Eli Whitney Ruritan Club - both dedicated to serving their communities.
Sandy Ellington-Graves has also earned her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. She has been in real estate since 2002.
