We specialize in representing clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Graham, Burlington, Snow Camp, Elon, Gibsonville, Hillsborough, Chapel Hill, and Greensboro. We keep current of all transactions in these areas, and are also very knowledgeable with the local schools and community resources. In addition, we enjoy working with a team of builders marketing their new home communities. We work with a great team of business partners including local attorneys, home inspectors, mortgage lenders, pest inspectors, appraisers, builders, developers, and subcontractors.
Our team is active with the Board of Directors for the Burlington-Alamance County Realtors Association and we are also members of the North Carolina and National Association of Realtors. Ellington Real Estate supports local youth programs and non-profit community programs and events. It is our belief that 'giving back is good business' so we are involved in many areas of serving our community. Sandy serves on the Board of Directors for Alamance County Meals on Wheels and is a monthly delivery volunteer, she serves on V.O.I.C.E and works with ACE (Alamance Citizens for Education)- both non-profit groups supporting public education in Alamance County. She is a member of the Graham Rotary Club and the Eli Whitney Ruritan Club; and she serves as PTA President at Southern Alamance Middle School.
