We specialize in representing clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Graham, Burlington, Snow Camp, Elon, Gibsonville, Hillsborough, Chapel Hill, and Greensboro. We keep current of all transactions in these areas, and are also very knowledgeable with the local schools and community resources. In addition, we enjoy working with a team of builders marketing their new home communities. We work with a great team of business partners including local attorneys, home inspectors, mortgage lenders, pest inspectors, appraisers, builders, developers, and subcontractors.
Our team is active with the Board of Directors for the Burlington-Alamance County Realtors Association, the Alamance County Homebuilders Association, the Graham Area Business Association, and the Alamance County Chamber of Commerce. We are also members of the National Association of Realtors and the National Homebuilders Association. Ellington Real Estate supports local youth programs and serves as a classroom sponsor for the Newspaper in Education program. This year, we are also kicking off the 'Do the Right Thing' program - a character education that rewards elementary school students for showing good character. (A special thank you to the Times News and 'Newspaper in Education' for their assistance and sponsorship for such a good cause!)

DO THE RIGHT THING
Ellington Real Estate has teamed with the Times-News and the Newspaper in Education Program to introduce 'Do the Right Thing', a character education program recognizing good character in elementary schools across Alamance County. Each month, three winners are selected for nominations of students showing good character at their school. Winners receive a certificate, a special treat from Smitty's Ice Cream and a $25 gift card at Burlington Square Mall.
